most note worthy fact about me is that i was on the "No Cavi-Tree" at my pediatric dentists for thirteen consecutive years. watching my name getting removed from the canopy of the Tree was the most gut wrenching thing i have ever experienced and kickstarted the Downward Spiral that led me to being here on this forum
